We'd like to make away with offline payment because it's a nuisance to collect, however we can't until there is a non-credit card option available.

Currently we use a membership fee for registration (either one-night or unlimited). However, we would like to move to a league structure. To simplify the transition for our members, we would like to put a cap on the total dollar amount of league fees (before additional fees and discounts) that any member would pay. Once they reach this cap, there are no additional league fees. For example, if the cap is $600, and each league fee is $250, if a curler registers for all leagues, the maximum they would pay is $600. If they register only for two leagues, there fee would be $500. This must be cumulative, so that a curler may register for one league on the first order, and two leagues on a subsequent order and still pay a maximum of $600. Discounts, such as senior, would be once per season, so shouldn't be an issue on a subsequent order. This would also give us flexibility to charge different amounts for different leagues while committing to members that they will not pay above a set maximum.

I'd like the ability to say that in order for a curler to register as a spare, they must have purchased one of a list of products/leagues. This wouldn't need to be mandatory since it won't apply to all clubs, but in our club we require that a curler have purchased one of a few possible memberships before they're eligible to spare. Now though anyone with a curling profile can list themself as a spare on any league.

Since volunteering is the lifeblood of curling clubs, I'd love to see a 'Volunteer' tab, so members can easily see upcoming events and sign up. Putting a volunteer event under "Products" does not seem intuitive or helpful. Right now I'm using free software for volunteer signups and am just tired of having our members go to other sites. I'd like to have Curling I/O be their 'world' :-)

If you add an item to your cart that doesn't have any required fields, but has optional fields and / or optional addons that can be checked, the user is never presented with these options before they can proceed with their checkout. Users should always be prompted with the option to fill out optional fields and check off optional addons when an item is added to their cart.

For leagues that have teams w/ curlers setup, and have opted in to team attendance checks: Two days before every draw, email all team members to remind them of the upcoming draw and ask them if they will attend. Two links will be provided, one for "Yes" and one for "No". Click either will register their attendance for the upcoming draw. One day before the draw, email all team members the results of the attendance check. Anyone failing to respond will have their attendance set as "unknown". Do not require login for this attendance status update. We'll need a Team page visible to members of the team, where information like attendance, along with schedule, can be displayed.

Look into integrating (syncing draws to) a club provided Google Calendar which can then be embedded on the club's schedule screen replacing the current homegrown calendar for clubs choosing to integrate. It may be possible to have the club's google calendar subscribe to the club's All Events calendar instead of needing an API level integration. I'm not sure if the embed would include subbed calendar events though. Will need some testing.

Add "Resend Invoice" to the options list of the actions button - similar to the "Resend Receipt" option once an order is paid. The Resend Invoice should be an option for both "Submitted" and "Partially Paid" orders.

The ability to offer pickup curling leagues, or rather pickup curling draws. Ideally a club can create pickup draws. These could be one-offs or recurring draws. This would include the following: The date The time The duration or end time How many sheets are used How many individuals may sign up A price per individual What is the threshold that constitutes "filled" with enough people to proceed. How many days before it occurs it must be filled by The goal is to allow curlers to join a casual pickup game without committing to an entire season or league, and by doing so, maximize ice usage during off-nights / non league times. The curlers perspective: If they are using pickup.curling.io then we show a list of pickup draws, ordered by date/time within some distance radius (10 miles, etc.). If they are on the club's I/O site itself, then we just list by date. Each draw will show it's status (filled or how many slots still available). If a draw is full, the curler should be able to join a waitlist for it, which send an email if a curler cancels. If a draw is not full, they should be able to register for that draw. Fill out or select a curler profile. Potentially pick a team they want to play on (random teams pre-created based on available sheets?) Accept the clubs waiver if they haven't done so yet for the current season. Enter their credit card for a delayed payment. Once the "fill by" date has passed, their credit card is charged. If they cancel before the "fill by" date, no charge will be incurred and their slot will open up to others and the waitlist if there is one. Some considerations: Offline payments will NOT be accepted. This will be an online payment via credit card feature only. Offline payments would make this way too complicated, and no one wants to chase people down for $10-20. Need to be able to auto-cancel the event if there are not enough signups. No one should be charged until the event is filled / confirmed. Cancellations should NOT refund payments, since payment is not made until filled / confirmed. Concerned about increased chargebacks / disputes when dealing with small payments like this. Dispute resolution is archaic and painful due to bank involvement. Existing draw schedules and rental bookings must be respected. We want to help clubs maximize ice usage by surfacing and promoting time slots when nothing else is happening.

Ability to setup automatic monthly payments toward yearly fees the same way a gym membership works.
