I am the CurlingIO manager for our club (Summerside Curling Club). I've noticed that you have a "number of leagues" option in your discount setup. Our club operates on 3 draws per year. Our fee structure is designed that the members can sign up for 3 league-draws (equivalent to 1 league for the full season) at a particular rate. The second set of 3 league-draws has a discounted rate from the first 3, and the next 3 have a further discounted rate. Beyond that, there is no additional fee. In order to implement this in CurlingIO, I would need the drop-down list to be expanded by adding the following: Six Six or more Seven Seven or more Eight Eight or more Nine Nine or more Please let me know if you can do that for next season. This will be very useful as we attempt to maximize the use of CurlingIO with less back-end administration.

We see the feature to add points for wins and losses but the number restrictions don't follow our club's common practice. We use much higher point values, A Group: 13 W 4 L B Group: 12 W 3 L C Group: 11 W 2 L D Group: 10 W 1 L We have worked around this with negative numbers but it would be preferable to have the higher numbers as an option. Can the drop down menu in the competitions report to filter by competition be listed in reverse chronological order of when the events occurred? Currently it appears to be randomly mixed with previous seasons' events.

The amount showing on the Accrued Dashboard Widget only includes Submitted Orders. It should also include Amount Owing for Partial Paid orders to give a complete view of receivables.

I have lockers (full and half) set up as products- both standalone and add-on. I've added them as add-ons for various products, such as full membership. We will not be offering lockers this season, so I made them inactive. When I went to edit the full membership product, I could see they were removed from the add-on list. However, when I went to test, and add a product to cart, it was still there. Only way I could remove them was to make them inactive, and go back to each product and delete from add-on. If a product is made inactive, I assumed it would not show up as an add-on.

Once a payment has been applied it cannot be updated without deleting and re-entering the payment - triggering another email to go to the customer. An email to the customer may be warranted if the amount or the payment type is updated, but wouldn't be warranted if it's only the Deposit Date or Notes that require updating. Deposit Date is not always known at the time of Payment Entry. To make Deposit Date more meaningful we need to be able to update it once we know what it is (after the Payment has been applied). And, Notes may require updating post entry when an anomaly needs to be reported to the accountant. In addition, Payment Notes aren't displayed once a payment has been entered. It would be nice to be able to see the Notes online rather than having to download payments to see them.

For an email address with multiple profiles it would be good to see which curler/profile is associated with each league.

When we receive payments by cash or cheque it would be nice if we could indicate which one we were given. It would help when we are reconciling reports. Thanks.

It would be great if once scores were reported that the winning teams turned green in the schedule and the losing teams turned red in the schedule. This was people could know who beat who and it would signify that this round has been completed.

Just like you did with Payments, we would like to be able to modify fields (other than Refund Amount) after a refund has been created without having to delete the Refund and recreate it (causing another email notification).
