our club would like to provide the option for members to donate to the club. rather than pre-set amounts, can there be an option for the member to input an amount.

This can be done via our payment partners "PayMe" forms. If you want to use this feature, you'll need to switch from Stripe to SportsPay, which you can do if you go to your Club Menu -> Stripe section and scroll to the bottom.

No we don't currently support this. You could offer multiple donation products at different set amounts however ($10, $20, $50, etc.).
