Have a "Done" button once a game result is saved. It is disconcerting to "Cancel" a result right after it is saved; instead, change it to "Done" when the "Game saved" flag pops up and the "Save" button is greyed out. Better yet, automatically go back to the Scores screen.

For simplified score entry (no end scores), the game will automatically close on save. We also won't show the warning message about unsaved changes for simple scoring as it seemed pretty unnecessary.

Makes sense. This shares some interface elements with end scores / shot by shot entry and in those cases you don't want to leave the game after saving a score (updating an end). We should be able to differentiate. Also, we'll change the button to say "Back" to be consistent with end score entry.
