Only show available remaining curlers when creating teams

When assembling a team for leagues, curlers assigned to other teams and already selected for the current team should be removed from the drop down for each team position. This will make creating teams less confusing.
In the example image, the three curlers highlighted are already assigned to another team.

Dave Rapin: I'm not yet seeing this change. Will it take a while to roll out?
Dave Rapin
Patrick McCarthy: Yes it usually takes a few minutes to deploy. It's live now.

Dave Rapin: Hi Dave, I see the solution you've implemented, but it wasn't exactly what I was suggesting. This is an improvement though!
I was hoping that curlers already assigned to teams would not show up in the dropdown box when creating subsequent teams in that league. This would prevent you from even being able to select someone who is already assigned, rather than doing the error checking upon clicking the "Create Team" button.
Dave Rapin
Patrick McCarthy: They won't. Only the curlers assigned to the team you are editing (so you can swap positions) or that haven't yet been assigned will show up in the dropdown.

Dave Rapin: I've tried deleting the one team I've formed, remaking it, then starting a second team, but I still see the curlers from team 1 in the dropdowns when I'm forming team 2.

Patrick McCarthy: I just tested this exact thing and it's working correctly for me. Can you submit a support request instead and provide a link to the league.

Agreed. This should be pretty simple and we'll make it a priority. The down side to doing this though is that you will need to first unassign a curler from their previous team if you want to reassign them to a new one.
