On the calendar, allow deletion of single intances of a repeating calendar event.

Unless I'm missing it, if I have repeating events like weekly ice-booking for practice, if I want to delete an individual one (on a particular day) the only option is to delete the entire series. It would be great to be able to delete an individual instance.

Thanks, Dave. Yes that works for many cases. We don't always want to do a closure, just put something else there or leave it open. Though I haven't yet tried a 2 or 3-step process of a) create closure; b) delete closure; optional c) create new calendar event, so I'll try that to see if that works. Also creating a closure doesn't work if someone has booked one of the slots within the closure timeframe (it creates the closure but it's hidden and doesn't delete any of the booking slots until you reschedule the booking to a different day/time) but being able to delete a booking is probably a separate request.

Abigail Elbow It won't override existing bookings, but it should prevent new bookings. Closure can also be recurring, so if you want to close every Tuesday from 1-2pm, you can use a weekly recurring closure to do so.

You can create a closure at that specific time to block it off. Just click somewhere empty on the calendar to create a reservation, select closure, and edit the date / time to match when you'd like to block off the rental(s).
