League widgets to show draw schedule and standings

We would like to use a
simplified
version of the current scoreboard widgets for our members to see what team they are on, when they are playing, and where they are in the standings.Widgets that are focused specifically on leagues.
For each league we'd like to see:
- Team Rosters
- Draw Schedule
- Standings for each round robin
- Playoff brackets (if we have one)

This involves a very significant amount of work, as it's part of our planned migration from the legacy system for MAs and CCA.
