You should be able to generate and append the next schedule (using any draw schedule templates you have) for newly added round robins. Generating a schedule no longer modifies the existing draws (it used to wipe them out). If you want to start from scratch there's now a "Remove All" button to do that.
Does this address this feature, or did I miss the point?

Dave Rapin: The North Hill leagues start the year split into 2 groups of 12 teams. After the 11-week round robin, the teams are split into 4 groups of 6 teams. We created a template for the 4 groups of 6, but when we built the schedule, the app couldn't add the additional weeks without lots of errors. The work around seems to be to create two Stages (A and B) for the 2 groups of 12 and number those teams 1 to 24. Then create four Stages (A, B, C, D) for the 4 groups of 6 and number the teams 25 to 48. Then build a custom template for the full 16 week schedule. Is there are better way?

Steve Mackey: So if you create a new round robin and go to generate the next set of draws (assuming the first round robin has finished), then the system should try to match your new round robin against existing templates and use one to populate a new set of draws.
For example, say I ran an 8 team round robin on 4 sheets, and it finished and I want to run another 8 team round robin on 4 sheets, then when i click generate it should generate the exact same thing, except starting at the next draw after the last round robin finished.

We also run a ladder style league and this feature would be very helpful!

I think we'll need to do something for multiple stages and scheduling games down the road after a new stage has been added.
I doubt it'll be as you describe (you can already create the new stage), but the scheduling part is definitely desirable.
It's rather complicated though, so it'll need to wait on resourcing / other priorities.
I'll follow up once I've had a chance to think about it some more (and hopefully after we get more club feedback).
