We absolutely need our curlers to read the details of each event but found out last season that most curlers are just clicking on “Purchase” instead of the competition name so they have no idea that there are written details about the event

You can now add "required reading" text to your leagues, competitions, and products (in the general information section). If you do then the registrant will be taken to a screen displaying this information and a "Continue" button upon registration before they can complete their checkout.

We're going to implement this as part of the information required for events. We'll give you a "required reading" text area for leagues / competition you can fill in which will force curlers to view it and check a box (no promises they read it!) before they can complete checkout.

The description will also appear on the competition's screen during purchase when they fill in their lineup, and any custom fields you are asking for.

Maybe we need to have an option for specific events to have an additional "terms" screen with a blurb that must be read (with a button to continue) before going back to the cart?
