You can now add your own waivers. See https://curling.io/docs/club-management/waivers

I think this is something we should add. In fact I'm in favour of reworking waivers so that we have the
core
CCA provided default waivers that clubs can choose to use, or they can copy from or simply create their own, as many as they like, with their own title, contents, and specific age restrictions (if any) on them. For example a club could create a universal waiver that applies to both over and under the age of majority, could choose not to include the COVID waiver, could add their own specific waiver like Rowan's Law, or a photo waiver, etc.
I will note that I'm worried it will be abused, and some curlers may run into a "waiver wall" where they have to accept a handful of separate waivers.
Bobby, it sounds like you'll have 4 waivers (risk, covid, rowan's, safe sport)? Is anyone thinking about the user experience? I know it's not the lawyers job to worry about user experience, but it's disingenuous to actually expect people to read all of these during registration, and people are going to be annoyed (I definitely would be!). Every single click and input you require is a barrier that creates friction pushing against curlers registering at the club.
I'm also going to note that it will remain at the club's discretion which waivers (if any) they opt to use.

Darren Naconechny:
You can edit the existing three waivers (i.e. Adult, Youth, COVID Compliance) with whatever verbiage you like, but cannot add a fourth, fifth, etc. More on that here:
If you have additional wording around volunteering, payment, refunds, you can add it to the existing ones. But be advised, we will shortly be updating the existing waiver boilerplate, so be sure you save your amendments for the new templates.
