Add "Owe" to the Order Status filter

- When the "Orders" tab/view is downloaded, it includes the field "amount owing" -- YAY! (It is not on the Report / Order Items.)
- It would be really convenient to have "Owe" added to the Order Status filter list on the Orders tab. Already on the list is "Submitted, Paid, Partially Paid, Overpaid, Refunded". As mentioned, "Amount Owing" is in the download, but cannot be accessed online.
- I realize "Owe" is effectively "Submitted OR Partially Paid", but one cannot do that with the Order Status filter.

Done. I went with "Owing" as the composite filter name. It will include both submitted and partially paid orders (and order items on the order items reports).

Dave Rapin I suppose that's what an accountant would say. I'm sure the rest of us are fine with "Owing" ;-)
