Add French Fields for Team Name Translations

Competition team names lack a French equivalent field for translations (e.g. https://canada.curling.io/en/admin/events/8769-2021-scotties-tournament-of-hearts/teams/28365/edit).
Some national team names include province or territory names that have specific French translations (e.g. British Columbia = Colombie-Britannique), or are unique (e.g. "Wild Card 1" = "Carte Générique 1").
A Team Name translation field would need to tie into the existing "_fr" suffixes in the API data, too, so they can be outputted to the French Scoreboard or called in the API.

It's also worth adding the "Skip Name" field separately from the "Team Name" field to the Scoreboard standings output, to allow viewers to quickly see without looking at the team lineups who represents what team.
