Ability to view which curlers have something in their carts

One of our most common issues is members think they registered for something and it gets stuck in their cart because they either failed to submit or have multiple of the same thing in their cart. It would be very helpful as an admin to be able to filter based on members who have items in their carts so we can be proactive and try and fix issues before events and leagues close as members think they are in a league pr event until after it fills up or the deadline passes.

I don't think we want to show what's actually in their cart (seems a bit intrusive), but I do think we could show a list of users that have abandoned carts within some meaningful (and default) time range to help you follow up.
I would like to find other ways to fix this though.
You're saying members will have multiple of the same item in their carts? Have you had a chance to speak with them / do you know why this happens?
Are you also saying members will just add items to their cart and walk away thinking they are registered?

Dave Rapin Yes that is correct, we do follow up with members as much as we can! An abandoned cart feature would be great for us to be able to see who may be having issues.

Genevieve Andrea: OK so I think we replace the "Help" link in the top of the Orders screen with an "Abandoned Carts" link that takes you to a similar screen and lists carts that have at least one item in them, and haven't been updated in more than a day (might tweak this), with user emails and login as links next to each cart.
I'd still like to figure out if there's something we can tweak in the UI to prevent these issues in the first place though. Would love some insight into what's going on if you've spoken to members with this issue?

Dave Rapin most members that we have talked to have issues when they're attaching profiles they think it didn't work and add the item to their cart again and again and keep trying to check out.

Genevieve Andrea OK good to know. This is something we'll tackle in the offseason (next month). There has to be a way to improve the interface / flow to make it more obvious what needs to happen next. I'd be curious to know why they think it didn't work. Is there a specific league or product you are seeing this issue with or does it happen with all items?
