When a Support Request is submitted, some info shows up on the page ("Subject", Curler Name, Order Number, and Created). Please add at least "Item Name", better still a link to the "Body".
Curler Name and Order Number take up a lot of real-estate on the page, but provide very little by way of reminding me what this item is about if it's not associated with an Order Number. My workaround is to create a draft email to support, then cut&paste the body into the Support Request. If I forget to do that, then a week later I'm at a loss as to what my problem was - until that problem crops up again.
Normally your response to Support Requests is quick enough that I don't have time to forget (well, my forgetfulness is getting even quicker these days), so it's moot. But from time-to-time I've had a request remain unanswered for a while.
